Lauren is a very good hairdresser. Yesterday, another hairdresser ruined my hair. She cut it above my jawline, while I absolutely not wanted that (and had specifically said so). It was also very badly done. I went to Lauren in the hope that she could make it look at least a bit better and WAUW, she did. I still have to get used to this short hair, but she has actually made me rock it. Very professionally done. Thank you so much Lauren! For saving my holiday season…!
The experience was mediocre. The business is run so poorly that after I used her services for a wedding , she accused me of not paying for those services. I have bank records proofing she was paid. Both in July and again in September. Double payments. She told the bride that I hadn’t paid and another member of the bridal party paid her again. This after I sent her the receipts of payment.
