Having a live in removes the stress that comes with call outs. One person vs multiple shifts with various caregivers eliminates endless conversations with each caregiver re: my parent's needs, medicine changes, family schedule, etc. Owner Michelle Kilstein is a dream: intuitive, communicative and responsive. I sleep better at night and so do my parents!

The care givers and staff associated with ALTC provide my family with the confidence that our loved ones have the support they require. Incredibly accommodating and nimble when something changes. I was introduced to ALTC from FoxChase Cancer Center when my mother was admitted. I was looking for care for both my parents. I started conversations with Cheryl Herman who was so kind and professional to me. My mother passed in the hospital and Cheryl would call me to make sure I was okay.
