Having a live in removes the stress that comes with call outs. One person vs multiple shifts with various caregivers eliminates endless conversations with each caregiver re: my parent's needs, medicine changes, family schedule, etc. Owner Michelle Kilstein is a dream: intuitive, communicative and responsive. I sleep better at night and so do my parents!
