Ed's Hawaiian food is the real deal. Like Ed, I'm also a local born and raised Hawaiian and know what is real Hawaiian food. I've tried all of the other "hawaiian" places in town and scratch my head. None of them come even close to real, from Hawaii's food. I guess if you don't know or have never had real Hawaiian food then the word "Hawaiian" may be good enough.
