Came to the shop as a walk-in as the stylist I had previously booked online cancelled on me last minute. I came into the shop the stylist/owner Mz.Toni informed me of her client to stylist policy; I was a bit skeptical but I went along with it as I was a walk-in and she explained to me the reason she put the policy in place. Our appointment was scheduled for 2:45 and the stylist called a few hours before and mentioned that she had a cancellation and asked if we could come in earlier. I let her know we taking my daughters braids out but could probably be there around 1. She said great. We arrived around 1:15 and she was not kind upon meeting us. I started taking my daughter here for 5 or so months! Ms. Toni does a fantastic job. My daughter's hair lasts for 3 weeks. Additionally, my little one's hair health has improved and has grown longer.
