Recently got hair extensions done here and Bre botched my cut and the hair is extensions do not match I also asked for the hair to be right at the end of my back she botched the cut and when I called back they said it would be 7 days before they could get me back in and wouldn’t offer me a refund offered to fix the hair but there’s no way to fix the hair that was botched and cut to short and the ends are turning white/grey they turned colors almost immediately after she curled the hair.
