Time frame for windshield replacement was 12-3. They showed up at 6. Deposit was suppose to be done immediately. I had to call them repeatedly for an entire week to have them deposit $40 instead of the promised $200. What a joke. Stay away from this deceitful subpar company.
I'll first start by saying their actual service is great! They replaced my windshield several years ago. They were courteous, punctual, and expedient and handled everything for me. They call periodically (every 6 months or so) to see if their services are needed again, which I don't mind. However, this year something changed. It's April 14th and they've already called 4 times. 3 of those 4 times I asked to be placed on the Do Not Call list as the calls were becoming too frequent. What a joke! The beginning phone tree almost gave a comfortable feel, then Derrick answers in a gruff tone not identifying the correct name of the business. On the website there is an advertisement for $200 cash back. Derrick is trying to explain away as a "referral" program. Derrick asked and I had already stated that I had full coverage insurance.
