@koreyraburn Im sorry for your experience with us. Mistakes do happen. It was mentioned in a phone call, however to bring it back for a FREE fix of OUR mistake. Apparently paying twice was the most sensible decision...
Contacted Joe through email, he was very prompt in replying, gave me a quote, I took it in the next day, was greeted by Kyle (I think was his name) he was super nice, told me it would be a day, took my name and number, called back the next day, I went in, he was again super nice, he took the bike to my car and loaded it for me, all around a really great and hassle free experience! Now if only everything was that easy! Thanks guys!!
Great bike shop. We're from out of state and Kyle has been super with any issues we've had. You can trust him, he gets the work done in a timely manner and he backs his work. It's like the old bike shops use to be. Very personal touch. We're glad we found him.
