I cannot thank Ruane enough for her incredible knowledge and support. In the most subtle of ways you come out from a session with Ruane with a feeling of clarity, being understood, heard and much lighter. We only had four sessions with Ruane so spent four hrs in total with her and yet she understood our personalities as if she had known us for a lifetime. Ruane helped me greatly. She was very gentle with me and helped me realise that I can have my feelings, just don't let them control me. I was in a very sad place when I first saw her, but now feel more able to deal with life. I highly recommend her.
I highly recommend Ruane as a person who can identify your stage of life, marriage or other relationships and help understand how you can best navigate forward. Ruane brings sound insights and a way of explaining them that resonates and adds perspective. She has helped me to see my journey more clearly so that I can identify blind spots and work on them.
