Ruane helped me greatly. She was very gentle with me and helped me realise that I can have my feelings, just don't let them control me. I was in a very sad place when I first saw her, but now feel more able to deal with life. I highly recommend her.
I highly recommend Ruane as a person who can identify your stage of life, marriage or other relationships and help understand how you can best navigate forward. Ruane brings sound insights and a way of explaining them that resonates and adds perspective. She has helped me to see my journey more clearly so that I can identify blind spots and work on them. I am thoroughly grateful to Ruane, which includes her honesty and candour as well as her supportive frameworks.

This is difficult for me to write as I am not confident in being able to put my feelings into words for the world to read. I have been having seasons with Ruane for the past 4 years.
