I was able to have the repair completed quickly. However, one of the grab handles was not properly installed. Furthermore, there are smudges on the fabric near 3 of the 4 handles. I called and they told me to bring the car in to reinstall the handle and clean the affected areas. They reinstalled the handle, but failed to clean the areas. Ricky has been willing to help though he has not resolved the issue.
