I don't have enough good things to say about Erik, he's been absolutely wonderful in helping me get my place rented and has been very on top of everything as a property manager. Plus, he's a lovely person to work with which makes a world of difference. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for someone in the Denver market!
Erik managed our property for about a year before we were actually able to make our move. He went way beyond what we thought we were going to get. We ended up having several major projects done and Erik found the contractors and oversaw the work. The connection with Erik feels more like a personal relationship than a business one.
