Update to response from management. No food was stored in our unit. I have used storage units before and never had any issues. Now they don't want to give me my deposit back either.
If you're looking for cleanliness and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend A-Less Storage. I have always been impressed by how maintained the facility is kept at all times and I've never had any problems with pests or general maintenance, unlike other facilities in my area. Freddie helped me with my auction purchases today. I haven't even made the 2hr drive yet, but based SOLEY on how I was treated and helped by him- I recommend ANYONE in the area needing storage to use this facility! He was SO accommodating, I can only imagine the level of customer service that the actual tenants get from him.
