I asked for an estimate for a portico on the entryway to my house. The soonest I could get an appointment was a week later. I sent pictures of what I was looking for which no response. The day of the appointment resulted in a no-show. I would never do business with a company that treats customers or potential customers like this.
We had a bathroom layout that wasn't ideal for us and on top of that we actually had a cracked bathtub in our master bathroom. We needed to replace the tub and we knew it was more involved than just a quick replacement.
