Rachele is wonderful! I started seeing her for some intense shoulder and upper back pain, and I left feeling (and even seeing!) less tension than I could have hoped for after one session. Rachell is consistent with her skill and technique; she also inquires about pressure and the duration that she applies on my muscles, so that if it is too much or too little, she will adjust. She is pleasant, reapectful, and lovely
I started seeing Rachel after experiencing severe pain from a herniated disc. I sit at a desk all day for work and I garden in my spare time, so I have a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. I could already feel a distinct difference after my very first visit, and I've continued to visit on a monthly basis to relieve any periodic pain or tension I may experience. If you're looking for a knowledgeable massage therapist to help you work through stubborn pain, I absolutely recommend this establishment.

I’ve been to Rachele twice so far and each time was a wonderful experience. I left feeling lighter, finally getting some relief from the extreme tightness in my upper back/ shoulders. She has an expert touch and will customize the massage to focus on problem areas. Very personable and accommodating whether you feel like talking or just relaxing. Highly recommended!
