I rarely leave reviews. My mom and I used Michael J. Personte for POA new Will and deed transfer. I asked a million questions about setting up a trust. Mr. Personte answered all questions. He was very professional and patience with us, Thank you. Maria was very nice and very helpful setting up appointments, Thank you. We felt welcomed and comfortable every time. I would recommend Pirrello, Personte & Feder to all in need of an attorney. I'll definitely will use law firm again.
My father and I used Steve Feder years ago in a commercial tenant issue and he was completely nasty and unprofessional. He actually told us we were stupid. He also made a deal with the tenant without consulting with us then told us right before we went before the judge. Would never use him again and discourage anyone from doing so.
Requested minor modifications of wording in a 2 page contract. Dropped off copy in May and August it was said secretary was away at a wedding so it was not completed. Feder yelled and addressed me like a rabid dog after I needed representation responding to a tenant's allegation of illegal lockout. That man has mental issues, really! You say you don't recall me? Spoke with the lawyer for two seconds and he had a horrible attitude. No thx, I suggest people choose someone with better service skills for the amount of money they get payed.
