We were interested in using this facility for our June 2010 Wedding Reception, but were informed that we needed a \$500,000.00 home owners insurance policy to use this facility. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!! We were also told that if we had only \$300,000.00, we had to up it to \$500,000.00. I can see a security deposit, but that is taking it above and beyond whats reasonable and what is not!!!
