We had a scheduled sprinkler turn on that was postponed a few hours - no big deal. The tech didn’t arrive until 7:30 - still not a big deal, but for the second year in a row we were told the back-flow device was broken and he couldn’t turn the system on and we would need to buy a replacement.. we called another company that came out and turned the system on and told us our back flow was working just fine.. A+ then sent us an invoice for all of it so we sent them a message letting them know that none of the invoiced services ... read more

Very disappointed with our experience although we have used A+ for years. We were told that we needed a completely new backflow system for $700. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion the same day—and the other licensed company confirmed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our system. It felt like an attempt to upsell or pressure us into an unnecessary and costly repair. I’d strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work with them.

Terrible communication along with continual missed and late to appointments. Do not attempt to have a landscaping project done with them, you will never receive a design and therefore be able to schedule or get a project completed.
