Par Excellence! We just had the A.L.T. guys refinish and/or repair several pieces for our house. Many of these pieces are valuable antiques. The work they did was nothing short of spectacular. The quality and value is the best I have seen. Very detailed oriented and they are very concerned that everything is to your liking. If you're looking for refinishing and antique restoration, do yourself a favor - call A Lasting Touch!
Antique Refinishing A Lasting Touch is a great place to take your antiques to be refinished. I tok my great grandmothers dressing table there to be done and I was so amazed at the difference!!! It looked brand new. They even replaced the wheels on the legs that looked like the old ones. I was very impressed with the work. It was worth the 125.00 I paid to restore it. They also have antiques to buy and other antique home decor. I highly recommend this place. PROS: Great Place to refinish your antiques CONS: none

We just had a chair restored that was broken the first time someone sat in the chair. The store wanted the full price to repair the chair again. The initial charge should have included any repairs needed to make the chair right. We will not go back to this business but will share our experience with all of our acquaintances. So much for trying to support a local business. It appears we should have just gone to the store in Charlotte we had used before.
