Mauvais contact avec une réceptionniste à qui je précise d’emblée que c’est une urgence, je ne suis pas patiente mais que mon orthodontiste est en vacances. Elle me dit d’appeler mon dentiste, je lui réponds que c’est ce que j’ai fait en priorité mais que c’est lui même qui m’a conseillé d’appeler un autre orthodontiste. Elle m’informe que Dr Iafrancesco ne s’occupe pas des traitements commencés par un autre praticien et me dit d’appeler mon propre orthodontiste - alors que j’ai précisé qu’il était en vacances sinon je n’app... read more
Best Ortho ever! Work space is impeccably clean, if ever their is a problem/ emergency all i had to do was call. Very knowledgeable and warns you of all possible costs/procedures before the treatment starts
