I worked with Laura and Shannon for a unique outdoor event that required extensive and well trained labor; in addition to providing exceptional service and quality of food for multiple hours. They did an exceptional job working with me and my team regarding recipes, and overall vision. They accommodated a tasting (again exceptional service and quality of food!) the day before the event and were very professional. I would absolutely work with Laura and Shannon again!
I used A La Carte to cater an event and they were amazing. Not only was the food wonderful, but both the chef and the captain were absolutely fantastic.
Laura and her team at A La Carte did an exceptional job in helping us plan for and host our annual neighborhood holiday party. From the initial contact with Moon and her excellent planning skills and coordination, delicious food, presentation, flowers, crew - every detail was covered with care. Martha was so nice, she looked after the guests and set up meticulously. And Joaquin kept our guests happy with drinks and laughter.
