3 pm. Our service was ripped from our house.( long story) 23* outside. We needed to have an electrician come and put the service back on the house. We had called a couple of places and was not getting any answers. Called A L Tyler and Brian answered the phone, explained the situation, he said let me see if Shawn can do it. He called me back in less than 5 minutes and Shawn was here in 10. Great service. Great response! Highly recommend! Will definitely be using them again.

Bad experience. Weird. As soon as I said " I live on Thayer". Do they know my neighbors or do they have relatives? Customer service was poor the worst I have experienced in Brattleboro. Promised to service me (twice) & never showed up, no calls or follow up. Never again! I'm a deejay & have lived here 30 yrs. Never experienced anything like this. Decided to take my $$$ to Keene. My new exhaust fan grille is AWESOME!
