Bad experience. Weird. As soon as I said " I live on Thayer". Do they know my neighbors or do they have relatives? Customer service was poor the worst I have experienced in Brattleboro. Promised to service me (twice) & never showed up, no calls or follow up. Never again! I'm a deejay & have lived here 30 yrs. Never experienced anything like this. Decided to take my $$$ to Keene. My new exhaust fan grille is AWESOME!

While at Dunkin Donuts this morning, in a mostly empty lot, they backed into the parking space right next to my truck so closely that the passenger even said "You didn't leave me a whole lot of room" The passenger then hit my truck with his door. Then Looks me the face and walked off. I rolled down the window and yelled at the driver 'Thanks for hitting my truck." He said he didn't, which he didn't.
