New awning looks great, but the aggravation to get it was hardly worth it. Dates mean nothing. Not a single promise was met, before the communication stopped altogether. No updates. No apologies. No customer care. Nothing! Radio silence until it magically appeared one day, out of the blue, more than twice as long as promised.
BEWARE of doing business with this company. Example of a company that tries hard to get your original investment of purchasing an awning ($) then completely neglecting the service end (taking down-Fall/re-installing awning-Spring). After having communication issues of when the awning would be installed during Spring 2018, we choose the option of having the awning put back up sometime during the last two weeks of April 2019 with the stipulation that with each day of rain the service would be postponed one day.
