We wanted to leave a review for A & L Pool Service because they truly go above and beyond. We’ve been using them for the past three years and, while they may cost more than our previous pool company, they absolutely do more — and the difference is worth every penny. We have a very large pool with a mesh/non-solid cover, and with our old service it would take 3–4 weeks before the pool was finally clear and ready to use. We used A&L for several years for opening and closing the pool. Also for repairs. Their tech Wes is great. This year’s pool opening was a disaster. Didn’t clean the cover and didn’t know how to fold it up. So they left it on the patio. A week later I found out they screwed up one of my valves and worse yet never put any DE in the filter. Almost ruined a brand new filter. So we fired them and refused to pay the balance. Last week while we were away someone came to our house and ripped the wiring out of the pool heater.
