We used this company to repair our mobile home plumbing. They came out and looked and stated they would need to return tomorrow with a heater to unthaw the main line before they can asses the actual damage. Mind you they charge $90 per visit regardless if they fix it or need to come back. They come back the next day and work on unthawing some lines then find out our water meter is cracked and that has to be fixed before they can do their job (The water meter is the responsibility of the mobile home park) This is another $90 ... read more
I’m a renter that has been having plumbing issues. I could not be happier that my rental agency uses A&L! There have been some weird things happening with my/in my pipes and they have been so wonderful all four times they have had to come. This company came to my rental property a week ago to check out the well pump. Within minutes they said the pump was bad. I bought a new pump and sump pump for them to install the next day. They never got the new pump to work correctly, wouldn't hold pressure and wouldn't shut off. They suggested I call Crabtree plumbing and gave me a bill for 920.00 for the installation of the sump pump and the well pump that they couldn't get to work. Started using A an L plumbing six months ago. They provided good service at the beginning. I'm not sure what the problem is now but I don't feel like I'm getting the best service possible. So on the search for better service.
