Gentleman Named Victor was extremely Rude to me upon our introduction. He criticized and mocked the way that I spoke because I do have a lisp unfortunately. He finish the interaction by making me regret ever calling him in the first place. This type of man doesn’t deserve business from anybody, POOR WORK ETHICS AND MANNERS.
Maybe their technical skills are good but their customer service From the drivers in the field could use a little improvement. No need to come up behind someone already 15 miles over the speed limit flashing your lights acting like a crazy person In a company work van then flipping off other drivers instead of just going around like all other same drivers out there. Maybe switch to the night shift, or grab a coffee before you hit the road.
They show up quickly and get the job done quicker
I do not recommend this company. They were able to come out in 1-2 weeks, which is the only good thing I can say. I called because my ac unit broke in the beginning of the summer. The technician did not introduce himself when he came the house, chain smoked outside my kitchen window the entire time which made the house stink while I was babysitting a toddler. He then had to send the apprentice to get more “gas” to run through the piping, which took 30-45 mins to return. Took them 4 hours to diagnose the problem only to tell ... read more
