They had no problem loading up my supplies. Some places make you load up yourself, even if you are incapable. I asked if they could and they said of course!
Bad customer service, not very helpful at all... female employee just redirected me to the product I was searching for, and not asking if I needed assistance. Just the opposite of the customer service I received from the local ACE Hardware store.
The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions, even the no so smart ones and they would constantly ask me "what was I trying to do?" Meaning they were using their knowledge to make recommendations to and that is top tier service. Thanks.
They never disappoint. I've got 5 hardware stores to choose from and I always choose AL&M
