I don’t believe in Google Reviews as the business owners have no way to defend their businesses, anyone can go on and give a bad review, and typically only their own viewpoint, you seldom hear the whole story. Rod is an honest tradesman and a good person, anyone that has a problem with Rod, should look in the mirror, especially those people that say they have a small business. I’ll call ALFA anytime. What comes around goes around.
Warning: Untrustworthy and unprofessional company. Would never use this company again and would never recommend to anyone. I urge you to read: We hired them to do some things for a bathroom in our basement. We were quoted an estimate of costs, paid the deposit and had them come in to do the work. At no point did I sign any contract, I simply paid the amount requested as a deposit to begin the work.
