This lab needs an audit. They can't even remember or confirm what test was used? Everything provided was poorly documented, bare minimum, and biased. There are better labs that will disclose their internal and external standards, for repeatability, and who are less confrontational when questions are asked.
I have been using A&L services since 2020 and I LOVE IT. the people, the results. Everything is great.
