I’ve had a great experience working with A&L Canada Laboratories. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently delivers accurate, timely results. Customer service has been excellent, they’re always willing to answer questions and provide guidance when needed. Overall, a reliable and professional lab I would highly recommend.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Above and beyond. Will use them exclusively from now on.
Inconsistent experience here. Payment process does not work but they don’t change it Slow results after payment.
This lab needs an audit. They can't even remember or confirm what test was used? Everything provided was poorly documented, bare minimum, and biased. There are better labs that will disclose their internal and external standards, for repeatability, and who are less confrontational when questions are asked.
