they messed up
Avoid mechanic, they messed up my car.
I had a very disappointing experience here. The work took much longer than promised, and I had to call multiple times just to get updates. When I finally picked up my car, the issue I came in for still wasn’t fixed, and they tried to charge me for additional work I never approved. Communication was poor, and I left feeling taken advantage of. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values honesty and professionalism.
I brought my truck in for repairs, expecting the problem to be fixed. Instead, it came back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The mechanic didn’t properly address the original issue, and now there are new problems that weren’t there before. Communication was poor, and I felt like my concerns were dismissed instead of taken seriously. I now have to spend more time and money taking it somewhere else to get it fixed correctly. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
Unprofessional, they did not fix my car properly and wasted my time. Avoid this mechanic.
