Called and came in person to get help with picking out flooring. Woman answering phones and in person was terribly rude and not helpful. Literally waved her arms gestured around the store when we asked about the options. Barely got up from her desk, didn't wear a mask, we left after wandering around looking bc she was just sitting there but not showing us options or giving any advice. Not sure how people gave them 5 stars? How can you get work done by people who act like they don't want business?

His attention to detail was excellent. We couldn’t be happier. They said it would be done before thanksgiving. I doubted that, but it was. Great job. Looking forward to having James do a bath.
