I believe Mr.Colt has mistaken A Kings Appliance for another appliance company because they gave me excellent service. The technician came to my house promptly at the scheduled timed and he had a very good nature about him. He fixed my refrigerator and even told me that he guaranteed his work for 90 days. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of any type of appliance repairs.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Called them after replacing a circuit board myself and the freezer would not cool. Repairman showed up and instead of checking the circuit board I had told him about first, he disassembles the entire icemaker and power connections. After a half an hour and my compelling him to check the circuit board he finally does and discovers one of the pegs had comes loose. I would reccommend A King to anyone with an appliance that is giving them grief. We have many appliances that break down or wear out in the property management industry. Recently, we started using A King, and they are wonderful. Courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable.
