8/7/26: In response to his reply. I did not misinterpret what you said. You may not remember, but we will never forget. My husband was there with me and heard you too. You also did not give us any alternative solutions or refer us to any specialists. You told us it was up to us if we want to get it done, but made it like it wasn't that big of a deal. Our two kids have been coming to A Kids Place Dentistry to see Dr. McDonald since birth. He is as patient and kind as he is thorough with his answers to our many questions as parents. There is no one we would rather have our kids see and we trust him fully with our children’s dental health.
My child looks forward to his dentist visits. He asks why he has to wait so long in between visits. Lol they are very accommodating and speak to him in a gentle manner. He gets to watch tv while he gets a cleaning. He loves getting a goodie bag and token for the prize machine at the end of every visit. This is a great place to establish a baseline about how dentist visits should go. My child loves coming to the dentist because they make the experience easy and enjoyable for a kid. Highly recommend.
Kind and patient staff with a fun office!
My 3 children have received amazing care for the past 16years and guidance from Dr. Keith McDonald, staff (Jennifer is the best), and recently Dr. Ashley Hyunh, covering for an emergent procedure. Their network for referred specialists (Maxillofacial and Ortho) has been amazing too.
