We have commercial fleet insured through Akan, I am genuinely not sure why I renewed with them for another year, they are impossible to get things from . If you need anything, it is easily a week or more of asking over and over and over again. Our other insurance companies, email them and they respond within a day at most with everything you need. If you are a fleet or business, I wouldnt recommend this company.
