If i could give a negative number of stars i would!This is the WORST experience i have ever had with a company. A-K Rentals were rude and unprofessional to say the least. They were late to an event which was a wedding, and after MULTIPLE ( 5 + times) phone calls to their so called emergency only numbers, all the manager or owner (tony) could say in regards to their driver being late was " we were told it was a family event" well regardless of a family event or wedding, this goes to show how careless these people are. You are the most horrible rental company ever! You practically ruined my daughter’s wedding!!! I will make sure that everyone knows how unprofessional you are and your lack of customer service skills. If you have a daughter I would really wish you would experience with her what you and your company put my family and daughter through, but I would never wish that on anyone not even your daughter.
