Very bad attitude threw a temper tantrum when I explained a bad door alignment even had to tell him how to fix it. Complain by the old structure & how bad the wind was every day didn't put safety chains on 300 dollar storm doors even after asked abt it among other small things that should have been standard procedure now 1 door sprung hinge broke texted him about it no response. My husband and I hired Andy & Kelly to complete several projects for us. We had our home partially rewired and new plumbing installed in the basement as well as the kitchen and bathrooms. We have also used them in the past to have flooring installed and some painting done. These people are professional, on-time, reliable, respectable and knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to be around and are overall just a great pair of people. Would use again and highly recommend to anyone at anytime.
We can’t say enough great things about A & K Services of Iowa. Andy was incredibly friendly and professional, always coming in with a smile on his face. He did a superb job with our shower installation. He was always very prompt and stayed within our budget, which was very important and appreciated. We would highly recommend going with A & K Services of Iowa for any of your household repairs and/or upgrades.
Andy and Kelly King removed old and installed with new windows and vinyl siding. They ran into some surprises and they corrected the issues before moving forward. We appreciate their hard work and diligence in this project. They made an old home look new again.
They are a great company, they get their work done and their work looks great afterwords
