I ordered 2 jackets with logo on back and logo right front name left front on December 18. Paid online by credit card. Waited 3 weeks and heard nothing. Emailed. Response was we need a $50 set up fee to embroider. This is not mentioned on the website or order form. Paid that online. Wait a week and get an email that they are out of stock on one color.
