+1 star for the friendly people at the depot. +1 star for being able to choose the quality of the tie (unlike Home Depot orders). 2 star review for charging $150 for delivery when their website and business cards say $75, giving poor reasons about the discrepancy on the phone, the people at the shop didn't know about the $150 fee, and then not updating their website even a month later when I mentioned they should both over the phone and in person - this is false advertising. Very disappointed ! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went here because of the Google reviews saying the quality was good, but their #2's are worse than Home Depot's. They also cost 50% more than Home Depot. Additionally, I loaded 8' ties and was told that these were 8'6". As I was strapping them down, I discovered the problem so they took about 1/2 hour, drove their fork lift into the back and got me a bunch of 8'6" twisted pieces of junk. Very easy to order from and communicate with! The ties were delivered on time and they followed the delivery instructions to the letter!
