We called because we thought we had a leak in our pipes, because our pool was losing lots of water when the filter was running. Ron suggested we see if water was coming out of the backwash hose, as we might have a bad spider gasket. That was indeed the problem! He was very helpful over the phone, and saved us lots of money. We went in the next day and bought the part we needed from him, he even explained how to replace it! We will definitely return here for our pool needs in the future!
