Lovely customer service. Drop the car off and had it ready in 1.5 hours which was amazing. Affordable and friendly.
I have nothing but good things to say about this mechanic shop. They have done a bit of work on my car and about to again today, reasonably priced and talks to me about the things with my car. Highly recommended
Went to get wipers fixed in car and told they could not source parts and did not know how to do it. Went online and got parts within 30 mins and went back in to book car for repair a week later. Well a week later when I arrived the office she told me she has been trying to contact, however did not have any missed calls and my contact number was on the invoice of my parts delivered. The mechanic is a decent bloke. The office staff did not have any.clue for time management or organisation. I would recommend Hiway motors as the... read more
