The Notarize sign the title in the wrong spot and they took too long to get another title for us. Took over 2 months to get one from them .

Just bought a boat this week. Great experience. Great price, drove from wilmington to purchase there. Very personable and down home people.
These fellers were patient with me not knowing what part I needed (sorry to be that person!) It appears to be locally-owned and I believe it's so important to support local businesses. Bonus points for the cutie pie shop cat named Molly!
I have bought several new boats from this dealership when it was under the original owners and they were great to do business with. I ordered a brand new Xpress bay boat from them and it finally came in May of 2023. My salesman was Brad James and during the year and a half it took to get the boat, he fed me nothing but lies about when the boat would come in etc.... I ultimately called Xpress myself and was informed that A K McCallum hadn't even ordered my boat even though they had been sitting on my deposit for over 6 months... read more
