If I could I would give a negative 5 stars. Truly awful bedside manners and overall service. Those working there on 11/25/25 didn’t even say hi to myself and daughter when we showed up for her appointment. The hair stylist was so rude i don’t even think she introduced herself. My daughter hates her hair being brushed and was crying when she was brushing it. She rolled her eyes and made faces. Stacey is the absolute best! I went in and the person I was scheduled with was not there and Stacey took me immediately! She was super friendly and did an amazing job on my hair!! I was so pleased and impressed with the service and definitely made my next appointment!!
A great salon, with amazing hairdressers! I met with Stacy, who blew my standards away, she was absolutely phenomenal. Between the great conversations we had and the haircut I received, I would recommend her a million times over! Thank you to Stacy and the rest of the team for such a wonderful experience! How else to say it, just a bunch of very unprofessional smokers and racist hairdressers. They took all the white people and had us colored folks sitting there for over an hour even though we made an appointment. I wish they would get a totally new group of stylist. No wonder nobody recommends them to any one. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
