Excellent Developer. This one you can trust!
2004 bought a house from this horrible place! I would stay far away! The customer service is absolutely horrible!.. I wouldn’t even give 1 Star!
A&K built my home in 2004. There has never been a serious issue. Within the first year, there were two minor issues which A&K respinded to promptly and resolved quickly.
Absolutely nothing gets done in the development. Yet A&K ask for their money for homeowners fee. Terribly rude in the office. I would give a negative 100 to this business.
Not a very happy homebuyer with this builder. I purchased my home in September of 2014, brand new build. Over the course of the last year and 8 months I have had continuous issues with my HVAC unit. Of course I had a one year warranty and when I had issues multiple times the HOA would send out a contractor to look at my unit however after numerous service calls I still had issues with the same unit and they "assured" me nothing was wrong with it.
