This is my 4th time using AK Auto over a 6-year period and every single time it is an exceptional experience. Mr. Ki and staff provide fair pricing, extremely quick service, and a seamless process. I have experienced nothing but high quality mechanic work from this shop and will certainly use them again in the future. I have had my Kia and Toyota serviced here multiple times.
Brought my car to fix front bumper. Price seemed little bit high but I wanted to get it done in one day and also do oil change, tire rotation, and safety inspection all done at once. So I decided to get it done here since another place that goes through the insurance directly wouldn't be able to do that. Aki is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He tells you what you need and what you don't, and charges fair prices for doing it. Great business.
Mr. Kim is very professional nice and honest. He recommends only services that make sense as compared with extensive services advice by a car dealer service. I trust him completely.
