The best mechanic's ever! Since I walked into the shop Sam and his people were really kind They do the labor fast with a really good price

Horrible customer service especially the woman at the front desk. The estimates they give differentiate based on customers gender and based on knowledge they assume you know about the car
Sam at AK Auto is great. I have been coming here to get my subaru fixed for over a year now and it’s a great experience every time. I trust them with my car and Sam is very knowledgable about the repairs that need done. The lady at the front desk is also very kind. They also always answer the phone. It’s hard to find a reliable mechanic in the city, so I’m glad I can rely on Sam.
Got an oil change & tune up here, and it was great. They were able to see me right away and were transparent with prices. The woman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming as well. Will definitely be coming back
