I will never do business with these people again the lady at the desk is rude and disrespectful I walk in and no Hi how are you just tells me in a very nasty way “I AM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW IT WILL BE AN HOUR WAIT” this lady should not be working in customer service!!!!!
Avoid this place at all costs. Went in for emissions testing. The woman was the rudest and nastiest person ever to greet a customer. I should have turned around and left. Unless you want to be treated this way, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
Local. Easy. Very fast. I always go here for my emissions testing.
Kind of neutral on the place. Went in for emissions testing. My TPMS light was on. Vehicle passed emissions. I wondered if they'd ask about the TPMS light and if I'd like them to look at it. They never mentioned it. Having a background in auto repair, it's always good to let the car owner know if something else is wrong. It could give them some more work and shows that they care about your car. The labor rate looks to be 150 an hour. I'm not sure if that's average, but it sure seems like a lot.
