I have been going to AL'S for a few years now. He does top quality work and he is not overly priced and has done great work for us. We appreciate everything he has done for us. He was referred to us from a friend and I would recommend him for automotive repairs.
One star is giving them too much credit. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at AJ’s Automotive. My 2019 Ford F-150 was in their shop for 21 days. Throughout the process, communication was frustrating, and instead of feeling like a valued customer, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. At one point, the owner even suggested that my truck remaining at the shop was preventing them from servicing other customers, despite the fact that the vehicle was there because it had not yet been properly repaired.
