My 10 year old washing machine stopped performing its rinse cycle. Upon some online research I was able to troubleshoot the cause and look up the part. I shopped online and got prices for the factory part and the replacement of the item was so simple - yes, a caveman could do it. I called 2 local appliance shops in town to get an idea if I could get it quick within a reasonable price. I could just order the item through Amazon, and get it soon but... why not try to 1. buy local and 2. make the wife happy so we could get back... read more
