My 10 year old washing machine stopped performing its rinse cycle. Upon some online research I was able to troubleshoot the cause and look up the part. I shopped online and got prices for the factory part and the replacement of the item was so simple - yes, a caveman could do it. I called 2 local appliance shops in town to get an idea if I could get it quick within a reasonable price. I could just order the item through Amazon, and get it soon but... why not try to 1. buy local and 2. make the wife happy so we could get back... read more
I couldn't have been more pleased with the speed of repair and the knowledge shown by the owners of this business. They did the repairs cheaper than I was quoted anywhere else we called, they were accurate in their phone diagnosis and right to the penny on the estimated charge. Thank you AJ's for such honesty and integrity.
this is the most helpful store I have ever been in!!! The lady and her husband are not know what they are talking about but are also incredibly patient with a novice. if you want to fix it yourself, go there or call them,,,,,amazing people, good prices..
Good info and support They have been helpful to us several times. Recently they had used stove window glass that we installed in our stove door, rather than buying a whole new stove. Saved us hundreds of dollars. The woman loves to talk but has lots of wonderful advice. Plan to leave some extra time.
