This isn’t towards the hair aspect it’s towards the lash tech she inconvenienced me by scheduling me for a 2:30 but ended up leaving and didn’t come back to almost 5:00 she still charged me full price which is unprofessional my lashes didn’t last a day and I let her know the next day with no response back won’t recommend her service
