I just started using them for our wedding venue. I've been dealing with Courtney and Nick. Both of them have been super helpful and a pleasure to work with. We had a small issue with a light on the trailer and Nick came right out and fixed it. Amazing company and really great to deal with

Poor communication, questionable billing practices and rude driver who would leave without servicing our unit, yet we were charged by the company each month regardless. We would have to call month after month to have driver come back - and received conflicting stories from the driver about where and when they could service the unit, resulting in a huge hassle. No communication or follow-up between management and drivers. Just awful service - I would rather clean my unit by hand at this point than have them back.

Have ordered and used A John restroom trailers for about 8 years. The office staff is great, they have many different options for restroom trailers and I have used them all. The drop off drivers are very nice and have positioned trailers in very difficult places with ease.
