I had Bill Pikaart and his crew at A Job Well Done Again remodel the exterior and interior of our garage in 2023. They did a fabulous job including trim, soffit, gable boards, gutters and downspouts on the exterior and drywall, lighting, and electrical outlets inside. This is still one of the best improvements that we've had done to our home. A few weeks ago, a major storm hit our neighborhood causing damage to numerous houses and trees. Stay away from these folks. Bill had done some work for us years ago it was fine so we had no clue we were walking into a nightmare. We were out of town and I sobbed when I saw what he’d done to my home. Only half the work was completed and that work was awful. He hounded and hounded us for money . When we spoke up about the quality of his work he threatened us. He said if we complain 1 more time he would walk off the job and not come back EVER. Lie after lie after lie. Praising God for Bill and his team.They did a fantastic job painting my home.They powerwashed,scraped,caulked,primed and repaired my stucco.Oh he discovered termites in my garage door trim hereplaced the trim saving me from hiring an exterminator They went above and beyond what i hired him for by fixing other contractors unprofessional work.Thanks Bill keep your phone on 🙏

Bill and his team scraped, caulked, primed and painted the outside of our home and garage. It looks fantastic! This is the second time we have hired him and they are reliable, skilled, friendly, and willing to do everything they can to get your job/project done to your satisfaction. They also have landscaped, built bookshelves, built steps to side porch, fixed radon detector, added electrical outlets to outside of house, tore out old carpet, replaced outdoor faucet, and more.
