We engaged Jays services to renovate our bathroom after having a horrific job done by another handyman for another bathroom. We spoke to jay at length about what we expected and what he expected in terms of money and the Quailty of work. He told us $9000 and material’s will be our cost. Towards the end of the project he decided to charge an extra $3500. In saying that there were a few things we had asked him to do and he did fix. We used Jay to do all the things we never got around to e.g. painting, hanging wall art, curtains. Jay is polite, reliable, professional, turns up, and cleans up after himself. Do not look any where else. Thanks Jay.
